• by a foreign notary. If you are abroad, you can apply to any local notary to complete Power of Attorney. You should keep in mind that all the documents executed abroad, they have to be affixed with an Apostille or legalized depending on the country of issuance of the document and also translated into Ukrainian language (it would be better to make the translation in Ukraine).
• at the Consulate of Ukraine. If you are abroad, you may also apply to the Consular Department of Ukraine in the country of staying. Whereby this Power of Attorney is completed in Ukrainian language that means that it does not require further translation, also this Power of Attorney is valid in Ukraine without any additional certification by Apostille or legalization.
